Module 1. Emotional awareness

Module 8. Initiative / spirituality

The initiative is defined as "the ability to evaluate things independently and take action", while spirituality is the broad concept of belief in something beyond the self.

Module 9. Empathy

Empathy is the understanding of another person’s emotional state; the ability to experience in parallel the emotions that the other feels as if entering the other's subjective world of feelings.

Module 10. Overcoming stress

There are various stress coping strategies. A stress coping strategy is a way of reducing internal anxiety or discomfort that a person has learned and applies depending on certain personality traits.
